How it works

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm inside Kathmandu and Lalitpur usually arrive the next working day. Outside the valley we use a courier and it takes two to four days. We call before the driver sets off, so nobody has to wait in.

Charges

Delivery is free above the threshold shown at the top of every page. Below it, a flat NPR 150 inside the valley and the courier's rate elsewhere, shown before you confirm.

Returns

Seven days from delivery, unused and in the packaging it arrived in. Message us first and we will arrange collection rather than asking you to post it. Refunds go back the way you paid, within three working days of the item reaching us.

Damaged or wrong items

Photograph it and message us the same day. We replace or refund immediately and collect the original ourselves — you are not asked to pay to return our mistake.

Your details

We keep your name, contact details and delivery address so we can fulfil the order and answer questions about it later. We do not sell them, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked for it. Write to us if you want your details removed.
