Who you are buying from

Orders

An order is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by phone or email within one working day, and only then is there a contract. If we cannot fulfil something we say so at that point and charge nothing.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT and are in Nepali rupees. Made-to-order pieces are paid on delivery; we do not take a deposit. A price shown in error is not binding, and we will tell you before anything is made.

Delivery

Timescales are given honestly and are estimates. If a piece will be late we tell you as soon as we know, and you may cancel without charge at that point.

Cancellation and returns

Thirty days from delivery on stock items, unused. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned once cutting has begun, which we will always tell you before it does.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Nepali consumer law. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins.
