What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order, and whatever you write in a contact form or a review. That is all — we do not ask for a date of birth or an account password, because we do not need them.

Why

To make and deliver what you ordered, to answer you afterwards, and to honour the guarantee. Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

Who else sees it

The courier gets your name, address and phone number, and nothing else. Nobody else does. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Marketing

Only if you asked. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe and we act on it immediately rather than in the "up to ten days" other people use.

Your data

Write to us and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — apart from order records we are legally required to keep.

Cookies

This site stores your basket in your own browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you are not being asked to consent to any.
